ABC Splash commissioned Christy Dena to write an article for teachers about how she teaches transmedia. The article is now online and in two parts. The first is a quick primer on transmedia & edu, and the second outlines the methods she uses.
Dr Christy Dena
Christy Dena is Director of Universe Creation 101, where she works as a writer-designer-director on digital and transmedia projects. She wrote a PhD on Transmedia Practice and educates on transmedia and digital creation worldwide at universities and industry events. She’s been awarded Australia’s first digital writing residency to explore robot ethics at Queensland University of Technology’s The Cube; and is Professor Adjunct at Creative Industries, QUT.
